云南传统表演艺术类国家级“非遗”的现状与问题

Status and Problems from Traditional Performing Arts of National "Intangible Cultural Heritage" in Yunnan Province

随着全球一体化趋势的加强和现代化进程的加快,中国的传统表演艺术正在遭受前所未有的冲击。联合国90项"口头与非物质遗产代表作"名录和中国"非遗"国家名录中,传统表演艺术类均占了一半以上,这说明其重要性和濒危性。面对"非遗"保护的严重形势,云南省开展了一系列富有成效的工作,取得了较大成绩。然而,我们也应看到在"非遗"保护中还存在诸多问题。只有不断克服这些问题,变被动为主动,我们的"非遗"保护才能进入一个良性循环的发展阶段。

With the strengthening and acceleration of globalization trends,China′s traditional performing arts are suffering from an unprecedented impact.In the list of ＂Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity＂ issued by United Nations and our national list of ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage＂,the traditional performing arts are more than half of the ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage＂,and this reveals the importance and endangering of the traditional performing arts of ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage＂.A series of fruitful work was organized and made great achievements in Yunnan Province,with the protection of the ＂Intangible Cultural Heritage＂.However,many difficulties still exist,and can the protection gain sound development only when the difficulties are solved.
