摘要
在气相色谱分析中,载体是决定色谱柱性能的重要因素之一.常用的硅藻土类载体,表面有许多孔穴,并吸附了SiO_2及其金属氧化物等.为了消除这些吸附物形成的“活性中心”,要对载体表面进行处理.根据文献推荐用甲醇萃取经PEG20M浸渍过的载体,即称为新的“化学处理”型栽体.该载体具有许多特点,如相当于低固定液的分离行为;分离能力好;提高了色谱柱最高使用温度等.本文简介了此种载体的处理过程及在气相色谱分析中有关性能的研究和应用。
According to the recommendation of the related document, the carrier, which is soaked in
PEG20M and then extracted with methol. is called new-type 'Chemical treament' carrier. This
carrier has many characteristics. for example. its separating action corresponds to low fixative's
and it's fine separating power and it can raise the hightest applying temperature of chromato bar,
ect. This paper briefly introduces the treating process of this carrier and the rasearch and applica-
tion of the related properties of this carrier in gas chromatography analysis.
