摘要
从研究羧基变氰基的反应机理入手,设计反应路线。并进行正交设计模索出最佳氰化反应条件。
In this paper, first, we start with researching reaction mechanism that carboxyl group is turned into nitrile group. Then we can design a synthesis and can look for the best of all cyanogenic conditions by orthogonal relation.
