摘要
对鞍钢第三烧结厂烧结矿进行了在富氧大喷煤条件下的还原动力学研究,结果表明:由于富氧大量喷煤提高了炉腹煤气中的CO%及H。%并提高了还原能力,在还原度>30%后还原过程受到扩散过程控制,为充分利用H_2%的还原能力有必要以软化开始温度达到1150℃的矿石来配合,会取得更好的降低燃料比的效果.
Increasing carbon monoxide and hydrogen content in the belly was caused by the bulk injec-tion of coal with rich oxygen. In the same time raised the reduction ability of the gas. Under the condition R>30% the reduction process was conrtoled by diffusion effect. In order to fully utilize the reduction ability of hydrogen, it is necessary to cooprate with ore startiong cohesive temperature to 1150℃. Thus could be further cut down the fuel ratio.
