In this paper, both the advantages and disadvantage of selections of a particle in resultant mo-tion of a particle are discussed thoroughly. In particular, the methods, presented in the paper, of determining a relative path and finding a relative motion equations are different from the ordinary ones. Through the examples, it is illustrated that different selections of a particle have great efferts on the degrees of difficulty in solving a problem.
