详细探讨了人发样品的预处理方式,建立了一个硝化样n品仅需数分钟的原子吸收光度测定痕量锌的方法,与已报导的样品础化法相比效率提高30~200倍。本法简便、快速,结果准确.
The pretreatment for the sample was studied on the basis of the analytical results. A rapid
method for the determination of zinc by atomic absorption spectrophotometry has been developed.
The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of trace zinc in hair and the results ob
tained are satisfactory.
