摘要
对鞍钢JB12.25吨扁锭应用直接差分法进行了钢锭温度场计算,又在IBM微机上应用有限元法进行了模子热应力场的的计算和分析,并对热应力的分布及变化规律作了初步讨论.采用该模型将为优化模型设计,均匀热应力分析和提高模子寿命奠定了基础.
The finite difference method and the finite element method have been used to calculate thetemperature field of the JB12. 25t ingot and thermal stress field of its model. A discussion about the distribution of thermal stress and its evolution was made. The established mathematical modle provides a new tool which is useful for optimizing mold design, smoothing thermal distribution and enhancing mold life.
