摘要
本文记录了三种圆柱齿轮齿形(标准渐开线齿形、渐开线等移距变位齿形、复合齿形)对此磨损实验的数据,将这些数据绘成图表,并对这些数据和图表进行了分析。结果证明,无论是磨损量、磨损率还是轮齿表面磨损量分布等,复合齿形均比渐开线(标准或变位)齿形优越,且传动效率亦较高. 本实验是在开式实验台上进行的,载荷情况属于重载,试件是适合于冶金、矿山用的低速重载齿轮。
The article maked a record of numerical data of the comparative test of three--profile wearing capacity. And maked this data to figures and tables. When analyzing thes figures and tubles we found no matter whether abrasion wear and specific wearability or distribution of abrasion value over the profile suface, The involute--cycloid composite tooth profile is better than other profile. The test was worked in the open gear tester. The load is heavy weight and lower speed.
