摘要
本文探讨了不同生态点的生态因子对小麦蛋白质品质的影响。结果表明:籽粒蛋白质及面筋含量均与海拔高度呈负相关,与纬度呈正相关;随抽穗到成熟期间的日平均气温升高、总降雨量和总日照时数减少,籽粒蛋白质含量增加,赖氨酸和面筋含量相应增加。
The relationship between protein quality and ecological enviroment for wheat growing was studied. Results showed that: There are negative correlations between protein / glutent and elevation, and positive correlations between protein/gluten content and latitude. Climatic factors showed important effection on protein, gluten and lysine contents of wheat. The protein content of whent increases as the daily average temperature rising, total rainfall and sunlight hours decreasing, correspondingly, lysine and gluten content also increase.
