人工乳头式间位空肠胆管十二指肠吻合术10例报告

A REPORT OF JICD ON ARTIFICIAL PAPILIFORM IN 10 CASES

通过对10例胆石症及梗阻性胆管炎病人行人工乳头式间位空肠胆管十二指肠吻合术(JICD)治疗,收到较好疗效。作者认为此术式疗效满意,可有效地避免返流性胆管炎及消化性溃疡的发生;可为残留结石、复发结石等胆道疾病的进一步诊治创造有利条件。

It has been proved that jejunal interposition choledochoduodenostomy(JICD) on artificial papiliform has resulted in more satisfactory curative effect than any other operative procedure, according to clinical observation and the followed up results of 1O patients with cholelithiasis or obstructive cholangitis who have undergone this kind of operation.In this way the occurrence of regurgitant cholangitis and peptic ulcer can be avoided effectively and the favoourable conditions can also be created for further treatment of biliary diseases, such as residual cholelithes and recurrent cholelithes.Of course, more observation will be made for the forward curative effect.
