成人肠套叠7例

A REPORT OF 7 CASES OF ADULT INTUSSUSCEPTION

治疗成人肠套叠7例,经临床分析认为此病多为肠道功能紊乱所引起。分析了误诊原因。认为在诊断中应认真分析病人症状与体征,强调消化道造影、直肠指诊及便潜血化验对诊断的意义。提出了灌肠复位和手术治疗的适应证。

Seven adult patients with intussusception were treated.On the basis of clinical analysis of the 7 cases,the authors agree that it is usually caused by the symptoms of disturbed intestinal functions. The causes of misdiagnosis were analysed.The authors recognize: during the diagnosis of adult insussusception, symptoms and signs of patient should be anlysed earnestly;the importance of baritum gastro intestinal X-ray,rectal touch and test for occult blood in the feces should also be emphaasized for correct diagnosis and indication of enema reduction and operation mustbe determined.
