摘要
应用碱性磷酸酶组织化学显示方法血管内皮进行染色,光镜观察7例人间脑內部的微血管构型。结果,发现动脉由前、后、内、外进入脑实质;由内侧进入的绝大多数动脉,进入丘脑申线核群形成终动脉;在动脉分布密度方面,丘脑前核群最少,而背外侧核、腹后外側核、中央正中核最多。依据核团形态及纤维方向,毛细血管也勾画出不同的轮廓。
Micrcangioarchtecture of the human dieneephalon was studied by the enzyme histochemieal method (staining for alkalne Phosphatase activity). The results are as follows: Arteries Penetrate into the thalamus from the anterior, Posterior, lateral and medial surface; All these arteries send out branches to form a dense vascular network which can demonstrate the outline of the dorsalmedial nucleus and intraminar nuclear group; Many of these arteries are distributed over dorsolateral nucleus, ventral Fosterolateral nucleus and centromedian nucleus and a few over anterior nuclear group; Most of arteries Penetrating from the medical surface enter the midline nuclear group where they become terminal arteries.
