人外周血LAK细胞培养上清对粒单系及红系祖细胞体外增殖的影响

INFLUENCES OF CULTURE SUPERNATE OF LAK CELLS IN PBL ON THE GENERATION OF GM—CFU AND E—CFU IN VITRO

43刨人外周血LAK细胞对急性白血病细咆有较强的杀伤活性。其培养上清分別对11例正常人骨髓粒单系、红系祖细胞无抑制作用,甚至在适宜浓度(20％)下促进其体外增殖。提示LAK细胞输注对白血病病人的正常造血细胞无损伤。本实验结果为LAK细胞疗法治疗急性白血病提供了新的依据。

LAK cells from PBL of 43 normal people were possessed of stronger killer activity to AL ceils. The culture supernatant of LAK cells did not show repressive activity to GM—CFU and E—CFU of 11 normal people and in a proper concentration (20%) the supernatant even promoted their generation in vitro. The results suggest that LAK cells tranafusion does not damage normal bone marrow stem cells of patients with leukemia, and offer a fresh experimental evidence to treat AL with LAK cells therapy.
