14例急性心肌梗塞Q—TC间期分析

AN ANALYSIS ON Q-Tc INTERVAL OF 14 CASES ACUTE MYOCARDIAC INFARCTION

本文对14例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者梗塞部位和非梗塞部位相关导联的心电图Q—Tc间期(k值),进行测量统计,并讨论了Q—Tc间期与心律失常的关系。结果表明,当梗塞部位Q—Tc≤0.48s时,易发生恶性心律失常。

Q—Tc interval of ECGs about correlative leads on the infarction and non-infarction regions in 14 cases of acute infarction Was measured,and the relationship between Q-Tc interval and arrhythmia was also discussed.The author find that vicious arrhythmia occur when Q-Tc interval of infarction regions is equal to or more than 0.48 seconds.
