摘要
本文收集天津市肿瘤医院1979～1986年间收治的30岁以下青年人胃癌37例,占同期住院的胃癌病人1496例的2.47％。本资料提示:青年人胃癌病程短,预后差,手术切除率低。对青年人有上消化道症状同时合并贫血者,要高度警惕胃癌的发生。治疗方法应采用以手术为主的综合治疗。
During the period 1979—1986,37 of 1427 patients with gastric carcinoma admitted to Tianjin Cancer Hospital were young people under 30, being 2.47% of all the patients This article suggests that prognosis of this disease is poor, course is short, and resectability rate is low; when young people have symptom of upper digestive tract and anaemia, the doctors should be watchful of gastric carcinoma to occur and should adopt comprehensive treatment, putting emphasis on radical resection
