氨茶碱片在兔体内的生物利用度

BIOAVAILABILITY OF AMINOPHYLLINE TABLETS

本文报道氨茶碱片的兔体内生物利用度。本实验是从血药浓度计算生物利用度,给予单剂量后测定血中该药的浓度。用三个参数表示出它的特征:(1)血药浓度—时间曲线下的面积;(2)血药浓度峰(峰浓度);(3)血药峰时(达峰时)。

The bioavailability of aminophylline tablets in rabbits was studied. The aminophylline concentration in plasma was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry after giving the rabbits single oral dose of 100 mg. According to the plasma durg concentration and formulas concerned the three parameters, namely area under the plasma dreg concentration-time curve(AUC),peak concentration(CP)and peak time (tp) used to evaluate the bioavailability, were calculated In this experiment, the values of AUC, Cp and tp were 18.35μg/ml.hr,7.43μg/ml and 1.5 hr respectively.
