《周易》与遗传密码子

本文作者对古人留下的伏羲八卦图(太极图)发现四条规律,并建立太极公式爻符在各爻位交替分隔填充个数=2~i将《易经》的阴阳宇宙观运用于DNA中的四个硷基字码,遂得太极公式在该问题中的具体形式(TA)(CG)字码在各爻位交替分隔分配数=2~i由(2)式得TA、CG硷基对在八卦图中八个方位处的分配规律。每个方位三对堆砌的硷基代表一个“广义”卦符,由它制约该方位生成八卦的各爻位的T、A、C、G排列规律,从而可方便地组成8×8=64卦,也即64个密码子。

The paper reports our finding of Four Laws and the establishment of Taiji Formula(abstract form),based on the famous Eight Diagrams' Graph(EDG), i.e.Taiji Graph formulated by the ancient Chinese scholar Fu Xi.Applying Yin- Yang world out look of《the Book of changes》to the analyses of the four alkali- ne groups in DNA,we establish the conerete form of Taiji Formula.Proceeding to the next step,we describe the distribution law of TA and CG alkaline group paris arranging in eight positions of the EDG as follow:there alkaline group pairs stacked in each position stand for one“general”diagram notation,which restricts the arranging law of T,A,C,G in the new-formed EDG in that position,and thus 64 diagrams as we called 64 codons,can be easily composed.
