摘要
本文总结我科1984年7月～1987年5月向72例78眼闭合式玻璃体切除术,其中由眼外伤引起的玻璃体出血与机化46眼,非外伤性玻璃体出血32眼。术后视力增进57眼占73.07％。对术中常见并发症及其处理作了讨论。
78 eyes of 72 patients wcre treated with closed vitrectomy from July, 1984 to May, 1987. 46 eyes had traumatic vitreous heomorrahage and fibresis and 32 eyes had non-traumatie vitreous heomorrahnge. Visual acuity of 57/78 (73.07%) was improved after operation The complications during operation and their management were discussed.
