方格定位器的简易制作方法及临床应用

摘要 本文报道应用自制方格定位器在手术台上辅助定位一次成功摘出跟后极部异物6例。体会到采用不锈钢薄片制成的方格定位器,具有取材方便,厚度附合要求,X线照片上显影清晰等优点。用电钻钻孔然后用挫刀修成方孔也较方便,且每格大小均匀。通过临床实践证明使用方格定位器能较好地有助于眼后极部异物的精确定位,提高了眼后极部异物摘出的成功率。本文还对使用方法以及眼后极部异物摘出的有关问题进行了讨论。 Six cases of the intraocular toreign body in the posterior part of eyes were successfully removed with the help of the check locator made by ourselves. This check locator is made of stainless steel sheet which is easily available has a very suitable thicknes and can also be shown clearly by X-ray photography. The locator with uniform squares may be made by oneself using electric drill andit has been proved that this check locator can help to localize correctly the posterior part intraocolar foreign body and then increases the rate of success in removeing the intraocolar foreign body. The methods of localization and some problems about the removal of the posterior part intraocular foreign body are also discussed.
