杆状磁头取出球内磁性异物(附61例分析)

Removal of Magnetic Intraocular Foregin Body with the Electric Magnet with Rod Shaped Probe

我们采用自行设计制造的一种杆状磁头,从睫状体扁平部切口,插入眼内吸取球内磁性异物,共做了60例61眼,成功率95％。认为该手术方法简便,不伤及视网膜,无需透热,对大部分球内异物,效果是良好的,特别对后部玻璃体内浮游的异物,细小异物,视乳头及黄斑部附近的异物,该方法效果更佳。

We used the rod shaped probe of electric magnet, designed and made by ourselves, to remove intraocular magnetic foreign bodies through the incision of the pars plans ciliaris. In 61 eyes (60 cases)performed with this method of operation, The rate of successs was 95%. We considered that this method of operation was simple, not without injury to the retina and unnecessary to do diathermy. The effect of the operation was favorable for most of the magnetic intraocular bodies, especially suitable to those fine and floating in the posterior vitreous, and near the optic disc or macula retinae.
