眼眶颅内异物穿通伤的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Penetrating Intercranio-orbit Injury with or without Retention of Foregin Body

眼眶颅内异物穿通伤是一种危及视器官和生命的严重、少见的外伤。本文报告我院收治的3例,並复习国内同期文献报道的相似创伤共18例,其中死亡率约为17％,眼球摘除率约为22％,致盲率约为72％。强调眼科医师对该伤应提高警惕,明确诊断后,原则上应尽早地取出异物。讨论了明确诊断时的注意事项和取异物的方法等问题。

The penetrating cranio-orbit dangerous to the sight and life is rare but very serious. This paper reported 3 cases of this kind of injury treated in our hospital and reviewed 18 similar cases reported at the same preiod in China, among which the mortality was 17% and the 22% of eyes was enucleated and 72% of eyes was blind. This paper emphasized that eye surgeon must pay attention to such kind of injury, after the diagnosis was established, the foreign body must be removed as soon as possible. This paper also disscussed the important points for attaining the diagnosis and some methods to remove the foreign body.
