压迫法降低眼压的实验研究

摘要 以3.99kPa(29.65mmHg)压力对32只兔眼做了压迫法降眼压实验。压迫10分钟组平均眼压减低2.05kPa(15.9mmHg),压迫30和60分钟2组分别为2.12(15.88mmHg)和2.18kPa(16.50mmHg),差别无显著性(P>0.05)。各组1.33kPa(9.98mmHg)以下眼压平均持续12.5~15分钟。结果表明,白内障术前压迫眼球的最佳时限为10分钟,压迫眼球仪引起短暂的眼压下降。 Ocular compression to observe the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) (29.65mmHg) was performed on 32 eyes of rabbit. The mean IOP reduction was 2.05 kPa after compression for 10 minutes, which was comparable to 2.12kPa (15.88mmHg) for 30 minutes and 2.18kPa (16.5.mmHg) for 60 minute (P 0.05). The mean duration of low IOP below 1.33kPa (9.98mmHg) in each of these groups maintained for 12.5 to 15 minutes. The results indicate that the optimal time for ocular compression before cataract is 10 minutes, and that ocular compression induces a transient reduction of IOP for a relatively short time only.
