Since Guangzhou Petrochemical Plant has operated for more than eight years, the Cr, Pb, Ni concentratrations in soil and Ni concentration in plants showed obvious increase, Meanwhile pollution range was enlarged and soil environment quality was declined. Ni pollution was the most heavy one, and pollution from Cr Pb Cd also revealed a developing tendency.
