摘要
应用限制性内切酶BamH Ⅰ、Kpn Ⅰ、Sal Ⅰ,EcoR Ⅰ和Hind Ⅲ对中国沈阳HSV-1分离株(50株)的DNA进行了分析,结果发现5种限制性内切酶的135个切断点中有11个切断点变异,其中属于切断点丧失的7个,属于切断点获得的4个,这些切断点的变异与日本、瑞典和肯尼亚的HSV-1分离株之间有明显的不同。
DNA cleavage analyses of herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ (HSV-1) werecarried out with BamH Ⅰ, Kpu Ⅰ, Sal Ⅰ, EcoR Ⅰ and Hind Ⅲ. The resultsshowed that the restriction cleavage maps had one hundred thirty-five in fiverestriction endonucleases, among the restriction cleavage maps, these of variationwere eleven, those of deletion and obtainment were about seven and four. Thevariation of these restriction cleavage maps was distinct from HSV-1 isolatesfrom Japan, Sweden and Kenya.
