人肺腺癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型的建立及其生物学特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 将人肺实体腺癌手术切除的组织移植于裸鼠皮下,得到可连续传代的移植瘤系,其成功率为94.1%。该移植瘤潜伏期短,生长速度快,生物学性状稳定。病理学、超微结构及免疫组化检查的结果表明,该移植瘤较好地保持了原肿瘤的形态和功能特点,该移植瘤己传至15代,命名为NL-6。 A serially transplantable tumor model was established by innoculatingsubcutaneously the surgical specimen of a patient with solid adenocarcinomaof lung into nude mice (BAL B/C background). The latent period in the firstpassage of transplants was 27 days and the growth rate was rapid. The tumortake rate was 1/3 in the first passage and 100% in the following 14 passage.In this 14 passage the latent period was 9.5 days and passage interval 16 daysin average. The results of histological, ultrastructure, immunohistological studiesshowed that the morphological and functional characteristics of the human lungsolid adenocarcinoma were preserved in all the 15 passages of the transplantedtumor in nude mice. There was no invasion or metastasis observed. This humanlung solid adenocarcinoma animal model so established would be of great valuefor promoting further basic investigation as well as clinical study.
