正中神经内部血管构筑的初步研究

STUDY ON MICROVASCULAR ARCHITECIURE OF MEDIAN NERVE

本文用3侧成人上肢标本,经腋动脉插管灌注墨汁,剖取正中神经后分别用组织切片法和透明法对正中神经内部血管分布进行研究,观察各层次的血管分布规律,测量了神经外膜、束间、神经束膜以及束间的血管口径,提出:正中神经外膜和束间在血管构筑上属同一层次;神经不同节段血管密度不等;神经束内血管总面积与神经束面积呈正相关。

The authors examined the microvascular distribution of median nerve withhistotomy and transparent method in 3 upper limbs injected with ink, observedthe pattern of vascular distribution at different levels, and measured the dia-meter of vessels in epineurium and connective tissue between two nerve bundles,perineurium and endoneurium. It is suggested that: the distribution of bloodvessels in epineurium is similar to that of perineurium; the vascular densityof different segment of the never is variable; the total square of blood vesselsin nerve bundle is correlated positively to that of nerve bundle r=0.81.(P=0. 01).
