氟中毒对大鼠乳汁分泌的抑制作用与下丘脑多巴胺系统活动之间关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以饮用高氟水的方法制造泌乳期大鼠慢性氟中毒模型。以荧光分光光度法测定氟中毒大鼠下丘脑多巴胺(DA)含量,并观察DA受体阻断剂灭吐灵(Metoclopramide)对氟中毒大鼠乳汁分泌的影响。结果:1.慢性氟中毒抑制大鼠乳汁分泌,表现为仔鼠30 min平均吮得乳量的降低和体重增长缓慢。2.氟中毒授乳鼠下丘脑DA含量高于对照组。3.灭吐灵对慢性氟中毒预处理大鼠乳汁分泌的抑制具有某种程度的拮抗作用。上述结果提示,下丘脑DA系统活动的增强参与氟中毒对大鼠乳汁分泌抑制作用的中介。 Chronic fluorsis was developed in lactating rats with high fluoride intakeand its effect on milk yield was observed. Hypothalamic dopamine (DA)content was determined with flurespectrophotometry and the influence on changeof lactation of DA recepter blocker-metoclopramice was studied. Chronicfluoresis inhibited lactation as indicated by decrease in milk amount suckled bypups in 30 minutes and retardatian of their body weight growth. Hypothalamiccontent of DA was higher than that of control and DA blocker-metoclopramideto some extent antagonized the inhibitory effect of fluoresis on lactation.Theseresults suggest that enhanced activity of hypothalamic DA system might beinvolved in the mediation of inhibitory effect of fluorosis on lactation.
