急性心肌梗塞患者血浆前激肽释放酶和激肽酶动态变化

摘要 本文通过测定合成缓激肽的前激肽释放酶活力和使缓激肽灭活的激肽酶活力,探讨缓激肽与急性心肌梗塞时胸痛和低血压发生的关系。结果提示:激肽释放酶被活化,缓激肽产生增多。激肽酶活力下降,缓激肽灭活减少,导致血浆中缓激肽含量增加,可能与急性心肌梗塞时胸痛和低血压的发生关系密切。 The purpose of present study was to investigate alteration of kininase andprelallikrein in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The activationof the plasma kininase were determined during the course of AMI, in the first,third, seventh and tenth day from the onse of acute symptems. In the AMI group plasma kininase decreased after 42 hours from the begining of the symptem,it was lowest on the 3rd day but increased thereafter on the 7th, 10th day andrecoved on the tenth day. The difference was statistically significant on the 1,3 days. The plasma prekallikrein activity decreased significantly in AMI, especiallyafter the onset 3rd day. The results indicate that the kinin system is activatedby certain factors in AMI. The plasma prekallikrein decrease and bradykininincrease.
