立柱和床身联结刚度对机床动力特性影响的有限元分析

摘要 以一台立轴平面磨床为例,在微机上用有限元模型探讨改善主柱床身间联结刚度以提高机床动力特性的各种方法,并讨论一般情况下提高主柱床身联结处动特性的有效途径。 This paper deals with the prediction of dynamic characteristics of a machine tool structure due to its joint stiffniss. A vertical surface grinder is taken as an example to analyze the joint stiffness of the column and the bed to investigate the improverment of dynamic behevior of the sub-structure via FEN. Moreover, in general cases, the efficient way of improving the joint stiffness dynamic characteristics has been also discussed.
