摘要
对立式铣床立柱的不同结构方案进行了有限元静、动计算分析和对比,结果表明菱形筋立柱结构可有效地改善立柱的静、动态特性,并为减小壁厚以节约材料、降低成本提供了可行的途径。
The static and dynamic analyses conducted on columns with different structural arrangements of a vertical milling machine show the static and dynamic behavior can be improved by using a column structure with rhombus, stiffener. Furthemore, this structure can reduce the thickness of the column.
