摘要
提出了砂轮和工件间动态接触刚度和阻尼的识别原理和方法,并用递阶法提高接触参数的识别精度。用实验方法研究了砂轮和工件间不同稳态作用力及砂轮不同磨损状态下的接触参数,识别结果可直接用于磨削动态过程的分析。
This paper deals with the principle and method of identifying the dynamic contact stiffness and cotact damp between a workpiece and a grinding wheed. A recurrent method is proposed to increase the identifying accuracy of contact parameters. The contact parameters under different static contact forces between workpiece-wheel and different wheel wears are identified by the use of experimental data. The results identified can be directly applied to the analysis of dynamic grinding process.
