摘要
以Holdfast/King Ⅱ小麦-黑麦添加系为材料,进行了抗白粉病的研究和同工酶分析,结果表明,所添加的黑麦染色体组对白粉病的抗性存在着明显的差异。2R、6R系列比IRS的抗性更强,5RL最感,其它染色体组的感病程度也不相同;对白粉病的抗、感表现与同工酶之间有一定的关系;接种白粉病菌后普遍出现pox新酶带,为发现黑麦可利用的抗白粉病新基因及其酶学基因定位作了有益的探讨。
The resistance of Holdfast/King II Wheat-rye chromosome addition line to powder mildew disease and the alteration of isozymogram after inoculation with pathogens in these lines have been studied. The rye chromosomes could express different resistance in wheat background: genomes 2R and 6R expressed strong resistance, 1RS expressed weak resistance, and other genomes showed susceptibility in which 5RL exhibited the most susceptible reaction to the disease. Several new bands of isoperoxidase were produced by both resistant and susceptible lines after inoculation with pathogens. These observations suggest that rye can be used as breeding resources to improve wheat resistance to powder mildew disease.
