摘要
本文报道在常规10.6μm激光系统中采用斯塔克盒(Stark cell)建立的10.6μm双光路斯塔克盒稳频外差系统,并根据阿仑方差评定及计算机实时处理方法测定了系统的频率稳定性,其结果为长期稳定性可达3.5×10^(-10)(取样时间1s),4×10^(-10)(取样时间10s)及短期稳定性达1.57×10^(-9)(取样时间1ms)。
10. 6μm heterodyne frequency stabilization systems of two lasers with a NH2D Stark cell is presented. The frequency stability of this system is measured with Allen variance method and computer processing on time. The measuring results is that long-term and short-term frequency stability is better than 3×1010 and 1.57×10-9 when the sampling time is Is and 1ms respectively.
