药物性皮炎100例临床资料分析

本文分析由1970～1988年收集的100例药物性皮炎。致病药物以抗生素居首位,其次为镇痛类药物和磺胺类药物,中草药致病不容忽视。其发病机理考虑为变态反应。全身反应有发热、肝炎样反应、肾炎样反应、心血管和血液学反应。皮肤反应多种多样,以固定性红斑、发疹型、荨麻疹型和剥脱性皮炎型多见。本组均采用皮质类固醇激素治疗。97%于1周至2月内痊愈,3%死于败血症。本文就病因、发病机理、临床特点、诊断及治疗等进行有关文献复习和讨论。

A study of dermatits medieamentosa was made in 100 patients during 1970—88.Antibiotics were the main causes of the disease,then sedative, sulfonamide,and Chinese traditional medicines and medicinal herbs.The pathogenesis of dermatits medicamentosa was considered to be related to allergy.The systemic reactions were fever,hepatitis,nephritis,cardiovas- cular reactions and hematologicreactions.There were various skin reactions, most of them were fixed eruption,exanthematic eruption,urticaria and ex- foliative dermatits.All patients were treated with corticosteroids.Of them 97 were cured within one week to two months,3 died of septicemia. In this paper the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics of the disease,as well as the diagnosis and treatment are discussed,and relevant literature reviewed.
