心肌阳性显像——“热”区显像的临床应用观察

Mycoardial Positive Imaging Observation of Heat Zone Imaging in Clinical Practice

为了了解心肌热区显像的临床应用情况,我们对60例有心肌梗塞的住院患者进行了分析研究。其中透壁性心梗患者50例,心内膜下心梗患者10例。前者心肌热区显像阳性率占94%(47/60)。后者占80%(8/10)共占55/60,91.6%。在此组患者中,在侧壁、心尘部、后壁部位的病变未见阳性结果,现将情况报导如下:

We have studied 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction to observe the application of heat zone imaging in clinical practice.Of 50 cases47(94%)transmural MI were positive;8 out of 10 (80%)subendocardial MI were positive.The positivity of all was 91.6%(55/60).
