晚期尿毒症病人血液透析前后血清甲状腺激素变化

The Changes of Serum Thyroxine in Patients with End-stage Uremia before and during Hemodialysis

本文对33例晚期尿毒症病人血清甲状腺素进行检测并与38例正常人作比较,结果发现除有低 T_3血症外,T_4亦显著下降,提示病情严重,rT_3无明显改变,TSH 虽在正常范围但明显高于正常人。维持血透8周后 T_3,T_4明显回升,rT_3减少,TSH 变化不大。提示血透对改善晚期尿毒症病人甲状腺功能是有效的。

Serum thyroxine in 33 patients with end-stage uremia was tested and compared with 38 healthy subjects.The results showed a low serum T_3with a marked low serum T_4level in these par- tients,which indicated their conditions were severe,serum rT_3was normal,and TSH level was also within normal range,but much higher than that in healthy subjects.After 8 weeks maintenance of hemodialysis,serum T_3,T_4level were evidently higher,but serum rT_3was lower than before.TSH had no change.Those indicated that hemodialysis could improve thyroid function in uremic pa- tients.
