血清铜锌水平对胃肠癌诊断价值的初步探讨

Diagnostic Value of Serum Levels of Zinc and Copper in the Gastrointestinal Cancers

本文测定47例胃肠肿瘤病人及27例健康对照者血清锌、血清铜及铜锌比值.47例肿瘤患者中34例胃肠癌及13例胃肠息肉。结果表明胃肠癌血清铜及铜锌比值高于息肉及对照组。息肉组与对照组无差异。血清锌、铜及铜锌比值测定可有助于这些疾病的临床观察。对胃肠道肿瘤良性或恶变有一定的鉴别诊断价值。作者同时观察到血清锌、铜锌比值与患者血红蛋白有一定关系。

Serum Zinc(Szn),Copper(SCu)and Copper to Zinc(Cu/Zn)ratios were determined in47 patients with gastrointestinal tumors and 27 nomal controls.Of these 47 patients,34 had malig- nant tumors and 13 had polyps.The result showed that SCu and Cu/Zn ratios in those with gas- trointestinal cancer were higher than that of polyp and normal controls.There were no significant changes between polyp and normal controls.The measurement of SZn,SCu and Cu/Zn ratio is al- so helpful in observing the clinical course of disease.The data suggest a relative value in the dif- ferential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.A clear correlation of Hb and SZn and Cu/Zn ratio in the epatients with gastrointestinal cancer was detected.
