摘要 目前,药物防治仍然是防治球虫病的主要手段,随着抗球虫药物的使用,耐药性的产生越来越严重,迫切需要抗球虫新药的研发,发现和选择合适的药物靶点是药物开发的前提,也是药物筛选及药物定向合成的关键因素。文章就近年来抗球虫药物靶标筛选的研究进展作一简单回顾。 At present,coccidiosis is still mainly controlled by the use of chemotherapeutic agents;thus,new drugs are urgently needed due to the rising problem of drug-resistant strains of Eimeria.To discover and select suitable drug target was the precondition of drug development as well as the key point of drug screening and oriented synthesis.This article reviews the progress in research of the drug target screening.
