摘要
From the evolutionary vector deacription of slowly sime-varying noise process, a measure for non-stationarity is developed. It includes both the non-stationarities of power and of spectrum shape. As a single parameter, it is a comparable quantity for different processes. Application to the analysis of precise gearbox is presented.
