摘要
本文对机械工程中最常用的普通圆柱蜗杆减速器,设计中所追求的目标:效率最大与润滑条件最佳(最大油膜厚度)和体积最小,提出了供优化设计用的数学模型。对三目标的非线性优化设计问题,采用了线性加权和的方法,其中加权因子系用像集方法算出。
In this paper we derive teh mathematical models for opti— mization design of general cylindric worm reducer with the purpose of getting maximum efficiency and optimal lubricant condition and minimum volume methematic model for optimal design is given. The linear weighted aggregative method is used for three objective nonlinear optimization problem.In which weighing factors are calculated with the method of image sets.
