摘要
用环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CY)建立T淋巴细胞百分率下降(P<0.05)和抑制小鼠足垫Ⅳ型变态反应(P>0.05)的模型,以观察猪脾转移因子对该小鼠模型的免疫调节作用。结果表明猪脾转移因子可阻止由CY引起的T淋巴细胞百分率下降(P>0.05)以及阻止CY抑制小鼠足垫Ⅳ型变态反应的发生(P<0.01)。
Model of immunosuppression in mice was built by 75 mg/kg of cyclophosphamide (CY) administered subcutaneously. On day 5 of the start of CY injection, the percentage of T-lymphocyte in mice was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The delayed footpad reaction (typeⅣ) of mice was suppressed (P>0.05) but the pig spleen transfer factor prevented the immunosupprcssion of mice.
