摘要
本文是以BSA-GA为交联剂,将异常汉逊氏酵母菌(Hansenula anomalaVar.scheggil)菌体固定成膜,与氧电极偶合研制成BOD微生物传感器.在29.5℃、pH6.8的工作条件下,该传感器响应时间为2~3min,线性范围1~85mg/L,标准偏差0.91mg/L,变异系数4.2%,回收率94~107%,该电极操作简便、快速、测定的重现稳定性较好,能连续稳定测试一周以上,可作为各种污水中BOD测定的新方法.
A microbial sender consisting of immobilized bacterial cells (Hansenula anomala Var.Schneggil) at the surface of an oxygen tlectrode was made for the estimation of BOD. The BOD value of a sample solution (GGA) model waste water) Could be measured within 2-3minutes by the sensor. The relationship between the current decline and BOD value was linear in the range of 1 to 85 mg/1. The results obtained from tests showed recovery rates of 94.0- 107.0% with a standard deviation of 0.91% and variation coefficient of 4.2% at 21.4 mg /l BOD. The microbial sensor mentioned in this report may be used as a new tool for the analysis of BOD in various polluted water samples.
