摘要 本文研究了稀土复合氧化物Ln_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_8(Ln=La,Nd)敏感材料的制备.用X-射线测定了它们的晶体结构,用电子扫描显微镜测定了它们的结晶粒度、孔隙度,并制成了敏感元件.测量了它们的热敏、气敏性质,计算了活化能,还讨论了烧结时间对结晶粒度和气敏性的相互影响. This Paper investigates the Preparation of Ln0.5Sr0.5CoO3 ( Ln = La, Nd), Their Crystal structure, Crystal size, Porosity are measured by X ray and electron scanning microscope. The sensing elemets of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 are prepared. Their temperature sensing and gas sensing properties are measured. The activation energy is calculated. The effects of the the sintered time on the grain size and gas sensing properties are discussed.
