Because the drawing in—off oil valve of piston pump works unsynchronously,volume efficcency of the pump is decrassed.This is a main technical fault of this kind of pump.The paper des— cribes a new configuration of pump control valve,which can solve the problem of unsynchronous working and greatly increase the volume efficiency.The design procedure of this new valve is also discussed in the paper.
