摘要
本文研究了多原子极性晶体中与声子普适耦合极化子的性质,采用线性组合算符和么正变换,分别导出强、弱耦合情形下极化子的基态能量。发现,对于弱耦合,耦态能量是不同支 LO 模能量的和,而对于强耦合,则存在由不同支LO 模之间交叉项贡献的附加能量。
In this paper,the properties of universally coupled polaron, which is coupled with phonon,are studied.The ground state energy of a strong—coupling and weak—coupling polarons are obtained by the method of linear—combination.For weak —coupling,we obtain the usual result that the ground state energy is the sum of the contribution of different phonon branches.For strong—coupling there is an extra contribution due to crossed terms between different branches.
