将2V-6/8空压机改造成2V-6/8减振型空压机

摘要 本文分析了2V-6/8空压机的振动及振动产生之根源,并对机器的一、二阶往复惯性力和旋转惯性力进行了计算和平衡.为了对比一、二阶往复惯性力的影响,对只平衡一阶往复惯性力和全部平衡一、二阶往复惯性力后机器的振动分别进行了测定,将测定数值进行了烈度计算,并将其与原始条件下的烈度进行比较,从而肯定了平衡二阶往复慢性力的必要性,纠正了以往认为二阶往复惯性力很小不必考虑平衡的片面认识.该机在成为减振型以后,可望配以隔振垫等,成为移动式无基础空压机. By analysing the vibration reason of 2V-6/8 Compressor, this papercalculates and balances the first order and the second order reciprocating and rotary inertiaforce. For comparing thc influence of the first order and the second order reciprocatinginertia force upon the machine, We determine the vibration of the compressor when onlythe first order reciprocating inertia force is balanced and both the first order and the secondorder reciprocating inertia force are balanced. Throngh the calculation of the vibration in- tensity and the comparison between the present intensity and the original intensity, we getthe conclusion that it is necessang to balance the second order reciprocating inertia force.Thus the lopsided idea that the secord order reciprocating inertia force is very small andunnecessary to balance is corrected. The compressor can be equipt with vibrationabsorbers and becames a movable and non-foundation type after it is changed into adamped compressor.
