摘要
本文通过实验测量了用不同走刀速度切割大理石时金刚石锯片的磨损速率,得出了磨削比及磨耗比随走刀速度变化的关系式,提出了大理石切边工序最低加工成本优化的目标函数,并以实例进行了优化计算。
In order to Optiminze the traverse speed in marble slab cutting, exper-iments were performed and the wear rates were measured. The functional relationshipbetween wear ratio and traverse speed was obtained. The objective function for cuttingat a minimum cost was established, and an example of optimization was presented.
