Structure Design and Calculation of a New Air Hydrodynamic Bearing

本文首次提出了一种新型的采用预变形多楔弹性阻尼支承的空气动压轴承,其特点在于对轴承预变形进行了分析计算,从设计上保证了装配精度,并研制出该种轴的结构设计交互式计算机软件。

This paper proses a new air hydrodynamic bearing with predeforming elastic damping multip-wedged support for the first time.The bearing is characterized by that the design itself ensures assembling accuracy.The quantity of the predcformation is analysed and calculated.And also,the structural design software of this bearing is programmed.
