荧光光度法测定人发中微量元素铝

摘要 在醋酸—氨水缓冲溶液存在下,铝与8—羟基喹啉络合,产生荧光络合物,以此建立测定人发中微量元素铝的含量.本文研究了体系的最佳测试条件及干扰情况,确定了工作曲线的线性范围为10—16μg/ml,对五份正常人的发样进行了测定,其结果令人满意. In the presence of ethanoic acid-a mmine buffer solution Al can react with 8-hydroxyqninoline to form a fluorecent chelate compound. A fluoro-metric method for the determination of mincromounts in human hair was developed optimal conditons for the determination of Al and some potential interference have been studied, for Al in 10-16μg/ml range the working curves' are linear. The results of determination for five hair samples are very sa tisfactory.
