猫海马微量注射去甲肾上腺素对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 作者观察了乌拉坦—氯醛糖麻醉的猫,海马不同区域微量注射去甲肾上腺素(NE)对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响。结果表明,在腹侧海马(VHPC)组,NE使血浆皮质醇浓度升高到注药前对照值的72±15%,与生理盐水对照组相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。但是,在背侧海马(DHPC)组,NE使血浆皮质醇浓度升高到注药前对照值的15±13%,与生理盐水组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,腹侧海马NE递质可能参与了垂体—肾上腺皮质功能的中枢调控机制。 The results of our experiments showed that in the ventral hippoeampus (VHPC) group, the plasma eortisol concentration was incieased by 72±15% ( X±SX) after microinjection of norepinephrine (NE), which is very significantly higher than that of normal saline group ( P<0.01 ); in the dorsal hippocampus (DHPC) group, it was decreased bY. 15±13% and no significant difference between the DHPC and normal saline group (P>0.05) was found. The results suggest that the NE system in the VHPC is involved in central neuial control of pituitary adrenal function,
